I'm paddling fiercely to fight cancer.
Join me in supporting cancer patients in our community by donating to my Prisma Health Dragon Boat Upstate Festival team. Your donation helps provide much-needed support for local cancer prevention and early detection, advanced cancer research and patient programs, as well as life-changing patient and survivor programs.
Most of us have unfortunately been touched by cancer in some way and the Dragon Boat Upstate Festival provides an opportunity for us to honor and remember loved ones that have faced or continue to face the disease. I will be paddling in honor of Wanda Smith, my grandmother, who lost her battle with breast cancer in 2018.
