Hey everyone! I’m excited to share that I’m rowing again this year in the 2025 Prisma Health Dragon Boat Festival, and this time, it’s even more personal. I’m rowing in memory of my Uncle Jim, who we sadly lost to cancer just last month. He was an incredible man— a loving father and grandfather, a dedicated nurse, and a pillar in his community and church. His loss has been hard on so many, but I’m hoping to turn that grief into something positive.

The donations raised through this event go to Prisma Health and will provide much-needed support for cancer prevention, early detection, advanced research, and life-changing patient and survivor programs. Every little bit helps, and if you're unable to donate, sharing this post would mean the world to me.
